| This file keeps changing the EXE process to try and fool ZoneAlarm. You need to delete the bi.ini, belt.ini and belt.exe from the c:\windows directory.

 | It has not done any visible damage to my computer and apparently i have had it for a while. I don think it is a trojan/virus. Spyware seems to be fitting. If you cant stop the process to delete the file; click run, msconfig, then click the statup tab and uncheck the box marked Belt.exe. If you are still having problems boot into safe mode and run adaware.
