 | I have seen this file pop up many times and wouldn't let the system shutdwn. I now know it is from Creative. I don't use rear speakers at the present so is there a way to just disable it permanently?

 | Disable Creative SBLive! Gameport driver (as long as you don't use Gamepads etc) and it goes away.
