| it is definately associated with logitech mouses. it doesn't appear to be vital to running your mouse as it isn't necessary with other mouses so disable it run msconfig tab: startup

| Mouse Driver for Windows 95, I've got it on Windows 98 and occasionally, if the computer's really being taxed, it will perform and 'illegal operation' and will lock the computer to any inputs. Unfortunately the only way to get rid of this is to press the power switch.
