Rating Opinion From Seems to come from games - and perhaps it has som kind of spy-attitude. Solution is to run "regsvr32 /u cmdlineext03.dll" and then rename it.  link for more info JT Hacker process... somehow gets on your system through the use of games... or so it seems.
