All comments about videosd32.exe:
Jonathan Hilgeman Part of a virus that listens for game CD keys and sends them to the virus author. Latest Norton AV 9.0 definitions (9/8/2004) did not pick up this file, but it did pick up another portion of the virus. I know of 2 other offending files in your SYSTEM32 directory: "o" and "ms.exe" - o is a list of ftp commands, and ms.exe is another part of the virus.

Graham Part of a virus, videosd32.exe in conjunction with elite.exe take up 50% CPU power each, grinding your computer to a halt. These two files must be removed from startup in your registry, or msconfig. I have also found traces of this virus (probably used to execute and spread in C:\ ) deds.rar and mediaded.rar You should delete those, as they seem to run periodically also. Aliases of this virus: Micr0s0ft.exe, elite.exe. It's tricky, even a C:\ format and this sucker re-launched itself from our D:\.
